What every Manager needs to know
If you are managing a team that is playing in the Central Alberta Hockey League (CAHL), they have their own Managers Role and Responsibilities that gives you specific instructions when dealing with CAHL related issues.
Provided here is a guide from Hockey Canada which is called the Team Manager Manual which will give you a general overview of your role and responsibility. Being the manager can be a fun experience, but believe us when we say, it is lots of work, and lots of responsibility! The best advice we can give you is to find someone who has managed a hockey team previously.
