Online Registration
ON LINE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE JUNE 10, 2010 Welcome to our new On-line Registration
On-Line Registration will commence June 10, 2010. The deadline for on-line registration is, September 15, 2010. After this date, registrations will still be accepted but space may be limited.
First time on-line registrants must establish an account. To establish an account, click the link below and it will ask you for your e-mail address, a password, and some family contact information. Please remember your password as it will be used, by you, to access information about your child’s team later in the season and in registering your child in future years with Banff Minor Hockey.
Once your account has been set up and you have received a confirmation mail, you can begin to register your child in hockey. Please note, registration for a Hockey Program is located under the 2010-2011 option.
You now have the option to pay on-line using a credit card (Mastercard or Visa). If you select this option, you may choose to pay, in full, at the time of registration, or you may opt for our payment plan which will take roughly 1/2 of the payment at registration, 1/2 of the payment on December 31, 2010. If you choose not to use your credit card, you can also pay by sending cheques or money orders through the mail to: Registrar, P.O. Box 1954, Banff, Alberta, T1L 1B7. Please note that your registration will not be processed until the cheques are received.
If you are new to Banff Minor Hockey, you must send a copy of your Birth Certificate to the complete your registration: You can mail a copy to: Registrar, P.O. Box 1954, Banff, Alberta, T1L 1B7.
Please note that tax receipts will be sent to you, via email, in the fall.
Payment in full (in person - post-dated cheques for Oct and Dec or on-line) for all programs is due by Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Any payments received after this time will be subject to a $50 late fee and will be treated as a late registration. In this case, the Board has the right to place the player based on program availability. If payment for any program is not received prior to the commencement of the Hockey season for kids trying out or first practice for the kids enrolled in the Recreation program, your child will not be permitted to play until payment is received in full.
