The Banff Minor Hockey Association Provides and Pays for Training for Volunteers.
Programs are run each fall for Coaches, Managers, and Referees which you can check on this link to Hockey Alberta. All programs are taught by Hockey Alberta Instructors to comply with Hockey Canada Certification.
